Olentangy Hills is a very desirable subdivision in Worthington that has been very active in the recent real estate market.  In the last 6 months, 7 houses have sold in this subdivision at an average price of $330,471.  The average days on market has been just over two months.  In comparison to other Worthington subdivisions the home value is significantly higher and the average days on market is about three weeks less.  The price per square foot in Olentangy Hills is $119.07 and home owners have been selling their house for 95% of the list price.

Worthington Ohio Home Sales February 2010

Worthington home sales dipped a little from January 2010.  Eight houses were sold in Worthington in February compared to fourteen in January.  Despite this the average sales price for homes sold in Worthington in February was $265,675 which is over $20,000 more than the average home sold in January.  The average price per square foot was $123.25 and averaged approximately three months on the market before being sold.  Home owners in Worthington received an average of 94% of the asking price on their home.
